The Team Director is a campus-based management role responsible for the operational execution, staff supervision, and strategic delivery of Ardens' student leadership and development programmes. The team director will directly manage a localized team of campus mentors and oversee professional development, community integration, and leadership training initiatives for the university student population. This position is executed in direct co-operation with, and on behalf of, the University College Cork (UCC) Chaplaincy department.
