Sportsturf & Landscape Maintenance Team Lead

Location: Trinity College Dublin, College Green Dublin 2, D02 PN40

Job Overview

The role is to plan and lead the provision of high‑quality campus maintenance service across all campuses to the students, staff and visitors of Trinity College Dublin and its wider Estate.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a team of approximately 15 staff, including a senior grounds person, grounds person, operatives, and craft gardeners.
• Provide cohesive oversight, leadership and supervision of the team and contracted external partners.
• Deliver maintenance for all hard and soft landscaping, litter management, sports grounds, drainage, and tree collection on the estate.

• The ability to work on your own initiative and resolve problems.

Salary & Benefits

This appointment will be made on the Executive 1 Salary Scale (€54,504 - €64,733 per annum) in line with current Government pay policy.
