Job summary

Verde Search is partnering with a prestigious specialist tax advisory firm in Central Dublin to recruit a Tax Manager. The role offers hybrid working, exposure to high-profile clients, and a broad remit across income tax, CGT, CT, and corporation tax.

You will join a team of 14 tax staff within a firm of about 24, collaborating with partners and clients while developing your tax expertise over the long term.

Qualifications

• Current experience within a professional tax team.
• ACA / ACCA Qualified.
• CT As Qualified or close to qualification will be considered.
• Strong academics preferred to compliment the high calibre tax team.
• Ability to build relationships and work as part of a high-performing team.
• Takes ownership of assigned work.
• Motivated to develop your tax expertise for the long-term.

Responsibilities

• Cover income tax, CGT, capital acquisitions tax and corporation tax duties.
• Provide support in areas outside of your speciality as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-profile clients and leaders.
• Contribute to the firm’s long-term tax strategy and client service excellence.

A unique opportunity for a Tax Manager has developed (through organic growth) at a prestigious specialist tax advisory firm. Based in Central Dublin, with flexible/hybrid working in place, this new Tax Manager opportunity will be diverse and wide ranging. The role will cover income tax, CGT, capital acquisitions tax and corporation tax, whereby you will be given support in areas outside of your speciality. This opportunity will give you exposure to some of the best clients in Dublin, including high profile business leaders, HNWI and other attractive clients. This position is attractive to both those coming from a small practice environment where a percentage of the work is tax and accounts preparation as well as those coming from a pure tax background. Tailored support will be provided. You will be joining a team of 14 tax staff who are part of the overall firm of about 24.

Experience & Qualifications
