Job summary

Diageo’s St. James's Gate Brewery in Dublin is seeking a Process Operator for a 1-year FTC. The role focuses on on-time tanker dispatch to packaging sites across Belfast, Runcorn and beyond, while operating the process control system to uphold safety and quality standards.

You will drive compliance with food safety, quality controls and production KPIs, taking a proactive approach to continuous improvement and risk mitigation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proactive communicator essential.
• Experience in manufacturing, preferably FMCG.
• Technically savvy; SAP experience advantageous.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and prioritisation.
• Strong commitment to Health & Safety.
• Flexible approach to work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-tanker quality analysis to ensure compliance to food safety and quality standards.
• Cleaning, filling and importing tankers using our process control system.
• Work closely with stakeholders in brewing operations, planning and logistics to mitigate risks to customer service.
• Manage production plans and KPIs, keeping the process on track.
• Assess & optimise process performance and identify opportunities to improve.
• Responsible for changeovers including CIP; provide changeover support across machines and lines.
• Support manufacturing excellence tools to achieve world-class standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure health and safety compliance is monitored alongside other KPIs and targets.
