Job summary

Bulmers Ireland in Clonmel is hiring a Packing Operator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to join our factory team. You will operate packaging equipment and help ensure on-time delivery of high-quality cider.

You will follow safety, quality and housekeeping standards, complete required documentation, and participate in continuous improvement activities. The role suits someone with packaging or engineering experience and a basic level of English and maths.

Qualifications

• English and Mathematics Standard Grades or equivalent.
• Packaging or Engineering qualification an advantage.
• Packaging and/or Engineering experience an advantage.
• FLT license where appropriate.
• Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.

Responsibilities

• Operate Packaging Equipment to deliver finished goods of the right quality, at the right time and at the right cost.
• Comply with all Statutory & Legal requirements and safety regulations (HACCP where defined).
• Undertake improvement activities to meet KPI targets (e.g., SIC).
• Attend meetings and complete required documentation and transactions to operate and improve performance.
