Job summary

AutoBoland Ltd in Waterford offers a paid 6–9 month work placement for ambitious third‑level students to gain real-world business experience across Marketing, Sales, Accounts, Administration and HR.

You will be supported by experienced professionals and get exposure to multiple areas of a successful automotive retail group representing Volvo, Honda, Audi, Jaguar Land Rover, Renault and BYD.

Qualifications

• Current third-level students studying Business, Marketing, Commerce, Accounting, HR or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Someone enthusiastic, reliable and ready to get involved.

Responsibilities

• Marketing: Social media, digital campaigns, content creation and promotions.
• Sales: Customer engagement, showroom support and sales operations.
• Accounts: Finance administration, invoicing, reporting and reconciliations.
• Administration: Business support, data management and daily operations.
• HR: Recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration.
