This role is all about building strong talent pipelines, keeping things organised, and making sure candidates have a great experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • You're data-savvy - you can track, manage, and report on hiring data with accuracy and provide meaningful insight.
  • You've worked with an ATS before - if you've used Pinpoint, even better! (If not, we'll get you up to speed.)
  • You're great at screening candidates - you know how to ask the right questions to find the best fit.
  • You keep things running smoothly - whether it's updating templates, coordinating interviews, or managing recruitment processes, you make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You may be the sort of person who is:
  • Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things that make a big difference.
  • Proactive: You don't wait for great candidates to come to you - you go out and find them!
  • Creative Problem-Solver: You love thinking outside the box to find and attract the right people.
  • Empathetic Listener: Truly listens to what candidates and hiring managers are saying (and sometimes what they're not), ensuring everyone's needs are met and understood.
