Job summary

HID is seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to support hiring across Engineering, Sales, and Corporate functions in Europe and North America. You will identify, engage, and qualify candidates, building pipelines for current and future needs while working with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to accelerate recruitment.

The role focuses on proactive sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, enabling a strong candidate experience and collaboration across a global TA team.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates across multiple functions.
• Experience supporting hiring in engineering, tech, manufacturing, or commercial environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to define needs and sourcing strategies.
• Identify and engage passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, and networks.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and future roles.
• Conduct initial outreach and screening calls with candidates.
• Support recruitment across technical, engineering, sales, and professional roles.
• Track candidate activity and maintain records in the ATS.
• Provide talent market intelligence on salary trends and availability.
• Support diversity sourcing and inclusive hiring practices.
• Collaborate on employer branding and candidate engagement.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication.
• Assist with interview scheduling as needed.

Contract Duration: Initial 4-Month Fixed-Term Contract (with potential extension)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Talent Sourcer to support hiring across Engineering, Sales, and Corporate functions in Europe and North America. This role will focus on identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-quality talent while building strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers, you will play a key role in accelerating recruitment activity and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening conversations.
• Support recruitment activity across technical, engineering, sales, and professional roles.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System
• Provide talent market intelligence including competitor mapping, salary trends, and talent availability.
• Support diversity sourcing initiatives and inclusive hiring practices.
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on employer branding and candidate engagement activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Potential support with interview scheduling

Required Experience & Qualifications

• 2+ years of sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced Boolean search methodologies.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates across multiple functions.
• Experience supporting hiring within engineering, technology, manufacturing, or commercial environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with ATS platforms and recruitment reporting tools.

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting recruitment across EMEA and/or North America.
• Knowledge of talent mapping and market research methodologies.
• Experience sourcing niche engineering or technical talent.
