Tech Skills Resources (part of CPL Group) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join the People team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across functions, influence hiring decisions, and shape talent strategies in a dynamic, international environment.

Based in Ireland, this role offers exposure to senior leaders, a global recruitment agenda, and a collaborative culture that supports fast impact and meaningful development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an in-house Talent Acquisition Partner or Senior Recruiter.
• Strong direct sourcing and talent mapping experience.
• Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing recruitment processes through an ATS.
• Data-driven approach with a passion for delivering an excellent candidate experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment compliance and hiring best practices.
