Woodie’s in Dublin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Co-Ordinator to support the TA Specialist and HR Partners in delivering a seamless recruitment process across stores and the support office.

This entry-level role offers exposure to recruitment systems, data reporting, and HR projects, with hybrid work from Dublin and a path to grow within the organisation, focusing on diversity and candidate experience.

Formación

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and associated platforms.
• Interest in talent acquisition.
• Analytically orientated with ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Ability to communicate clearly with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end recruitment for all store and support office roles.
• Maintain best-in-class candidate experience by ensuring timely, clear communication at every stage.
• Draft and post compelling job adverts to attract top talent.
• Screen CVs and applications, conduct phone screening, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Prepare interview questions and assessment criteria to support robust interviews.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and reporting metrics; assist onboarding for new starters.
• Analyse recruitment data and trends to support future campaigns and process improvements.
• Coordinate assessment centres or group interviews for high-volume roles.
• Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as required.
