Job summary

Woodie’s is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to be based at the Dublin Support Office with a hybrid working model. You will own the end-to-end employee lifecycle across our retail estate and act as a trusted partner to Operations management.

You will drive workforce planning, manage ER cases, collaborate with Talent Acquisition, and use HRIS/data analytics to inform decisions. A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a multi-site environment and solid knowledge of Irish employment law are

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to tailor messages to different audiences.
• Ability to coach, advise and influence leaders and employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in HR analytics and data interpretation to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to senior and store management on people-related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and company policy across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to attract and retain talent and enhance candidate experience.
• Deliver workforce planning and succession planning to maintain talent pipelines.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and translate survey results into action plans.
