Job summary

Cpl, part of the Talent Evolution Group’s Public Sector Team, seeks an entry-level Talent Acquisition Administrator to provide high-quality administrative support for client services projects. You will coordinate recruitment activities, maintain records, manage candidate communications, and take interview notes.

Based in Ireland, mainly working on-site in Dublin City Centre, with occasional travel to client sites and interviews.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role is desirable.
  • Entry level position; training will be provided.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT literacy including Microsoft Office and internal systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to the team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Support recruitment campaigns in line with guidelines, assisting clients throughout the full lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and client services teams.
  • Travel to client sites for in-person interviews, mostly in Dublin City Centre, and act as a on-site representative.
  • Take interview notes for both in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Maintain official interview notes, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and GDPR compliance.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and workflows to manage queries and actions efficiently.
  • Support compliance-related activities and documentation.

Cpl | Talent Evolution Group | Public Sector Team

The Talent Acquisition Administrator is responsible for providing high-quality, efficient administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of client services project. The role supports client services teams and processes by coordinating recruitment activities for public sector clients, maintaining accurate records, managing communications with candidates, and ensuring recruitment documentation is maintained for all interview processes. In this role you will be responsible for note-taking duties.

Main Duties / Responsibilities
  • Provide end-to-end administrative support to the team, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
  • Support the management of recruitment campaigns in line with CSPA guidelines, assisting our clients throughout the full recruitment lifecycle.
  • Coordinate interviews with candidates and client services teams.
  • Flexible to travel to and attend in person interviews, mostly in Dublin City Centre, and act as a representative on site.
  • Support with interview notetaking, for both in person and virtual interviews.
  • Maintain and complete official interview notes and ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
  • Monitor shared inboxes and workflows, ensuring queries and actions are managed efficiently.
  • Support compliance-related activities, ensuring documentation and processes meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams, managers, and external stakeholders to support business objectives.
  • Provide proactive updates and clear communication on task progress and priorities.
Essential Criteria
Experience
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role is desirable. This is an entry level position.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong IT literacy, including experience using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to travel to client sites.
