Job summary

Stella Maris in Athlone is seeking a System Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance across IT systems and infrastructure.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years’ hands-on experience, strong Windows/Microsoft 365 knowledge, and good communication in multicultural teams. The role is based on site in Ireland.

We are seeking a System Support Analyst to provide technical support, troubleshooting, configuration and maintenance across our IT systems and infrastructure.

Requirements

• Education: minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
• Experience: minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience managing, configuring and troubleshooting IT systems, networks, hardware and software
• Strong practical knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware and system administration
• Excellent problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and independently
