Job summary

Aura Drogheda is seeking a qualified Swim Teacher on a part-time basis to join our team in Drogheda, Ireland. Flexible hours include morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts. Training opportunities and staff benefits are provided; you must be legally allowed to work in Ireland and fluent in English.

Pay rates: €14.30 per hour Mon-Sat, €16.02 per hour Sunday, with 30- and 40-minute class rates also specified. Join Aura and help people learn to swim while enjoying a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Swim Teacher qualification Level I or Level II required.
• Positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork.
• A passion for teaching people how to swim.
• Previous experience working as a Swim Teacher is an advantage.
• Committed and consistent availability to work flexible hours/days.
• Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required.

Here's what we need from you:

The basic rates of pay for the role are:

€ 14.30 per hour Monday to Saturday

€ 16.02 per hour Sunday

€ 9.30/ € 9.70 per 30 minutes swimming class (€ 18.60/ €19.40 per hour)

€ 11.85/ € 12.40 per 40 minutes swimming class (€ 17.78/ €18.60 per hour)
