Job summary

Aura Holohan Group in Leitrim is seeking a Swim Sales Coordinator to drive busy programmes and deliver exceptional customer service. You will coordinate all Swim Programmes, recruit and train swim teachers, manage bookings, and report on activity while upholding Aura's values and safety standards.

As part of the Aura team you will lead initiatives, monitor performance, and ensure a positive learner environment with a focus on inclusivity and quality.

Qualifications

• Requires Level II Swim Teacher Qualification or willingness to complete within 6 months.
• Experience coordinating customer-facing programmes is preferred.
• Strong administrative and planning abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate local and centralized marketing activities to maximise programme capacity.
• Coordinate all Swim Programmes to maintain high standards and safety.
• Drive service excellence and build strong customer relationships.
• Recruit, train and develop swim teachers in collaboration with Operations Manager.
• Attend regular Swim Coordinator meetings to ensure consistent delivery.
• Compile reports and manage paperwork within required timelines.
• Be an Aura ambassador and uphold professional standards.

Your mission:

• Display a commitment to our vision, purpose and values
• Undertake and coordinate local and centralized marketing activities to ensure the maximum potential capacity of our various Swim Programmes are achieved
• Coordinate all Swim Programmes to maintain its highest standards
• Drive service excellence by building and developing strong communications and customer relationships
• Maintain strong relationships with schools participating in the Schools Swimming Programme and other local groups and clubs
• Administration of all bookings relating to the various Swim Programmes, including credit control
• Work with the Operations Manager to recruit, manage, train and develop swim teachers
• Attend regular meetings with other Swim Coordinators within the group to maintain effective delivery of all of Aura's swim programmes
• Contribute to a strong working team and build team morale
• Compile reports and paperwork relating to the swim academy are completed within the necessary timeframe
• Be an Aura ambassador and represent the company with a professional approach and attitude
• Ensure a fun and inclusive learning environment for people where they can gain a life-saving skill!

Here's what we need from you:

• A passion for sales and delivering the best customer service and building positive relationships
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Previous experience in successfully developing similar programmes is an advantage
• Results driven with a strong commercial understanding and the ability to meet targets and deadlines
• Excellent organisational, time management, planning and administration skills
• Level II Swim Teacher Qualification or willing to complete the qualification in the first 6 months of employment
• Excellent PC skills and experience of working with Microsoft Packages
• A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork
• A shared sense of our philosophy - helping people to feel better about themselves
• RLSS Lifeguard Qualification is an advantage
• Flexible in relation to your hours/days of work
• Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required

The salary for the role is € 34,495 or €35,262 per annum (based on qualification and teaching experience)

Bonus: The role is eligible for a performance related bonus following successful completion of probation, up to a maximum of €8,000 per year per site based on achieving specific targets and goals. If the job role is shared with another person the bonus will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
