Job summary

Aura Holohan Group in Ireland is seeking a Swim Sales Coordinator to lead the Aura Swim Programmes and drive service excellence across the team.

You will coordinate programming, manage swim teachers, market the programmes, and build relationships with local schools and clubs. The role offers full-time hours and a salary of €34,495–€35,262 plus a potential bonus. Applicants must be fluent in English and eligible to work in Ireland.

Qualifications

• Level II Swim Teacher Qualification or willingness to complete within 6 months.
• Excellent organisational, time management and planning skills.
• Fluent English; strong customer service and sales focus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, programme and monitor all pool activity and swim programmes.
• Lead and develop swim teachers; manage bookings and credit control.
• Drive marketing activities to maximise programme capacity.
• Build relationships with schools and local groups and clubs.
• Prepare reports and attend regular coordinator meetings.
