Job summary

Aura Holohan Group in Leitrim is seeking a Swim Sales Coordinator to lead and coordinate our Aura Swim Programmes. This full-time role focuses on service excellence, programming, and managing swim teachers while building strong community and school partnerships.

You will drive local marketing efforts and ensure high standards of customer service, administration, and team development. A strong sales mindset and leadership are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Passion for sales and customer service with strong relationships.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Level II Swim Teacher Qualification or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Swim Programmes to maintain its highest standards.
• Undertake local and centralized marketing activities to maximize capacity.
• Recruit, train and develop swim teachers with the Operations Manager.
• Attend regular meetings with other Swim Coordinators to ensure delivery of Aura's programmes.
• Maintain relationships with schools and local groups and clubs.
• Administer bookings and credit control for the swim programmes.
