Responsibilities

• Display a commitment to Aura's vision, purpose and values.
• Coordinate local and central marketing activities to maximise programme capacity.
• Coordinate all Swim Programmes to maintain high standards.
• Drive service excellence by building strong customer relationships.
• Maintain relationships with schools and local groups/clubs.
• Administer bookings and credit control; recruit and develop swim teachers.
• Attend regular meetings with other Swim Coordinators to ensure delivery of programmes.
• Compile reports and paperwork within required timeframes.
