Job summary

Aura Drogheda is seeking a qualified Swim Teacher on a part‑time basis to join our team. You will inspire learners, create a fun, inclusive learning environment and teach swimming to all ages and abilities while upholding safety standards.

We offer flexible hours (morning/afternoon/evening, weekdays and weekends), upskilling opportunities across the business, and a supportive culture recognised as a top workplace in Ireland. Fluency in English is required and prior teaching experience is a plus.

Here’s what we need from you:

• Swim Teacher qualification Level I or Level II required
• A positive attitude and a genuine focus on teamwork
• A passion for teaching people how to swim
• Previous experience working as a Swim Teacher is an advantage
• Committed and consistent availability to work flexible hours/days
• Due to the nature of this role fluent English is required

The basic rates of pay for the role are:

€ 14.30 per hour Monday to Saturday

€ 16.02 per hour Sunday

Class rates (based on qualification, swim teaching experience and class duration):
