Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong sushi-making skills with focus on traditional techniques.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sushi ingredients, sourcing, and quality control.
• Stay updated on sushi trends and techniques.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in an open kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sushi rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other dishes.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, flavour, and presentation.
