Job summary

Corlann South East is recruiting for permanent full-time (78 hours per fortnight) and part-time (30 hours per fortnight) Support Workers to work across our South Tipperary Services in Clonmel, Cashel, Cahir, Carrick-on-Suir, Thurles and surrounding areas.

You will provide a key-working caring role, handle personal care, assist with developing Individual Plans and support community participation to help people supported lead meaningful lives.

Qualifications

• The role is for permanent full-time (78 hours per fortnight) and part-time (30 hours per fortnight) Support Workers.
• Role focuses on care, personal support, and helping people develop plans and participate in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide key-working personal care, including meals and hygiene.
• Assist with development and execution of Individual Plans and related outcomes.
• Support community participation and integration of people supported.
