Job summary

Qualifications

• A QQI Level 5 or higher is desirable in the field.
• A full clean manual driving licence is essential; possibility of a Class D1 licence.
• Experience with intellectual disability/autism/complex needs is desirable; induction/training provided.
• Fluency in English and IT proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support people in daily living, promoting independence and skill development.
• Assist with personal care, meals, and household tasks as part of routine care.
• Support community participation and inclusive activities for people supported.
• Be flexible in working hours to meet service needs and rosters.
