Corlann South East is seeking a dedicated Support Worker (Care Assistant) to join our team across South Tipperary, delivering personal care and day-to-day support in residential and day service settings. The role also focuses on helping people supported to implement Individual Plans and achieve outcomes, while promoting community participation and integration.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people with intellectual disabilities preferred.
• Ability to provide personal care and daily living support.
• Commitment to helping People Supported develop individual plans and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide key-working care across residential and day services, including daily living support.
• Assist People Supported with developing their Individual Plans and outcomes.
• Support community participation and integration.
