Job summary

Barróg Healthcare is seeking a part-time Support Worker / Social Care Worker to assist individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities in daily living activities and community integration. You will support clients during outings, manage mobility needs, and help execute care plans in line with their goals.

Qualifications

Permission to work in Ireland.
QQI Level 5 Major Award in Health/Social Care (or equivalent) or commitment to complete major award.
BA in Social Care (QQI Level 7) or relevant field with CORU registration.

Responsibilities

Support individuals with disabilities in daily living activities and personal goals.
Facilitate community integration, outings and recreational activities.
Assist clients with mobility needs and manage challenging behaviours using support plans.
Provide activity reports to management and attend staff meetings.
