Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in a Healthcare or Disability support setting.
• Registration as a Social Care Worker with CORU required.
• Experience working with challenging behaviour and mental health is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of Care/Placement plans.
• Promote the rights of each child/service user.
• Encourage attendance at school and medical appointments.
