Job summary

Resilience Healthcare L.L.C. is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide person-centred support to individuals across community services, helping people gain greater independence, develop life skills and participate fully in their communities.

Working hours are Monday–Friday. You’ll support daily living, personal care, community access and education, acting as a key worker for allocated individuals and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• QQI Level 5 qualification.
• Qualification in Healthcare, Social Care or related discipline.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred practice.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality person-centred support.
• Act as a Key Worker for allocated individuals.
• Support personal care while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Administer medication in line with policy.
• Assist individuals to access their community.
• Support daily household activities.
• Complete care documentation accurately.
• Work closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote safeguarding and positive outcomes.

About The Role
