Job summary

Principle, a leading global drinks company, is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist in Dublin City Centre. This hands-on role supports customers, warehouses and international teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time.

You will manage orders, stock, and documentation, coordinate with 3PLs, and contribute to forecasting and supply chain improvement projects in a hybrid Dublin setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, Customer Operations, Logistics or Exports.
• Experience working with physical products in an international supply chain.
• Good understanding of order fulfilment, inventory, logistics and customer service.
• ERP experience - SAP would be particularly useful.
• Strong Excel/MS Office skills and good numerical ability.
• Comfortable managing multiple orders, customers and priorities.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• A proactive approach - ownership when an order or delivery doesn't go to plan.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders from PO receipt through to invoicing and delivery.
• Coordinate stock and replenishment across multiple warehouse locations.
• Work with international supply teams to ensure OTIF delivery.
• Manage daily purchase orders, stock receipts and order processing.
• Coordinate with 3PLs, warehouses and logistics partners.
• Prepare invoices, shipping documentation and customer communications.
• Monitor stock levels, order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain customer, material and pricing master data.
• Keep Sales and customers updated on production, stock or delivery issues.
• Support forecasting, reporting and wider supply chain improvement projects.

Supply Chain Specialist - Global Drinks Company

Dublin City Centre

An opportunity to join the Dublin supply chain team of a leading global drinks and spirits company, supporting a portfolio of internationally recognised premium brands.

We're looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to manage customer orders, stock availability and international deliveries across EMEA and APAC.

This is a hands‑on role sitting at the centre of the supply chain - working with customers, commercial teams, warehouses, 3PL partners and international supply teams to make sure products are available and orders are delivered on time and in full (OTIF).

What we’re looking for

Experience within drinks, spirits, FMCG, food & beverage or another fast-moving product environment would be a strong advantage, but we're also open to candidates from other international manufacturing and distribution environments.

Spanish language skills would be an advantage, but are not essential.
