Smyths Toys is seeking a Supply Chain Administrator for the Central Purchasing Department at our Head Office in Galway. The role involves monitoring stock intakes, processing orders in SAP, and supporting the Buying Team while coordinating with Finance and Logistics.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant third-level qualification, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in Excel. SAP experience is an advantage; excellent communication and numeracy are essential.

• Relevant third level qualification.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• SAP experience an advantage.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be highly numerate and process focused.
• Minimum 2.2 degree.

• Monitoring stock intakes and ensuring orders are phased appropriately.
