Qualifications

• High-volume retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and achieve sales targets.
• Support Store Manager with KPI management including stock loss and health & safety compliance.
• Recruit, train, roster, and mentor staff for peak periods.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store presentation.
