Job summary

Tu Dublin Academic Hub, operated by Sodexo, is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily operations at the TU Dublin Academic Hub site. You will lead, support and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of service, health and safety, and policy compliance.

Garda vetting and pre-employment checks apply. You’ll allocate duties, monitor performance, provide training, handle customer queries, and maintain site standards while coordinating staff scheduling and stock when required.

• Ensure company policies, procedures and operational standards are followed.
• Assist with staff scheduling, attendance and daily work planning.
• Monitor stock, equipment and supplies where required.
• Identify and resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Communicate effectively with management and team members.
• Support the recruitment, induction and development of new staff where required.

As a Supervisor at TU Dublin Academic Hub, you will play an important role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of the site.
