Centra in Dromahair is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure the store runs efficiently and delivers excellent customer service and fresh food in a safe, clean environment.

You will help achieve sales and profitability targets through effective people and operations management, with strong focus on KPI delivery, merchandising, and community‑based service.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in a relevant position is desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Experience balancing cash tills.
• Excellent communication and delegation skills.
• Highly driven with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to achieve KPIs and targets and understand margins.
• Commercial awareness and brand understanding.
