Job summary

Centra in Crosshaven, Co Cork is seeking a Part-time Supervisor to lead an evening-shift team from 3pm to 10:15pm, Monday to Thursday with some flexibility. You will ensure smooth store operations and deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in a customer-service role, strong communication, and the ability to motivate colleagues, delegate tasks and maintain high standards of presentation and customer care.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in a customer service facing role is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• The ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressure.
• The ability to organise work, delegate responsibilities and support team members in the store.
