Job summary

Centra in Carlow is seeking a Supervisor to lead a store team and ensure customers receive excellent service. You will motivate staff, manage daily operations, and uphold Centra brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and organise tasks, delegate duties and support team members in the store. Prior customer service experience is desirable.

Main purpose of the role:
