Job summary

Select Ambition is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a confidential community pharmacy serving the Dublin 24 area. This senior leadership role combines professional governance with day-to-day pharmacy management.

You will oversee operations, lead the team, maintain service standards and build trusted relationships within the local community. On-site, permanent, 40 hours per week with no late nights or Sundays. The position offers €140,000 per year plus profit share after one year.

Select Ambition is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a confidential community pharmacy serving the Dublin 24, Rathfarnham and Tallaght area.

This is a senior pharmacy-management appointment combining professional responsibility with the day-to-day leadership of the pharmacy. You will oversee safe and effective pharmacy operations, manage workflow and service standards, support the pharmacy team and maintain appropriate professional governance and procedures.

You will also provide a professional, caring service to customers, build trusted relationships within the local community and help create a well-organised and supportive working environment.

The position is on-site and permanent, working 40 hours per week. There are no late-night or Sunday shifts. Applications will be handled in confidence.
