Select Ambition is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a confidential community pharmacy in West Dublin. This position offers responsibility for the professional and operational management of the pharmacy while maintaining a consistently high standard of patient and customer care.
You will oversee the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, provide a professional and caring service, support the pharmacy team and build trusted relationships with customers and the local community. The role requires sound professional judgement, strong interpersonal skills and a practical approach to pharmacy operations.
The standard arrangement is 40 hours across five days, with salary starting at €120,000 per year. A four-day, 32-hour option is also available from €96,000 annually on a 20% pro-rata basis. The package is negotiable above the applicable minimum depending on experience and the agreed working arrangement.

Current registration as a pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland.
Ability and willingness to take professional responsibility as Supervising Pharmacist.
Ability to manage the day-to-day professional and operational requirements of a community pharmacy.
A professional, patient-focused approach to pharmacy care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work on-site in West Dublin under the agreed full-time schedule.
Previous experience leading community-pharmacy operations or acting as pharmacist in charge.
Experience supporting and coordinating a pharmacy team.
Experience developing strong relationships with customers and the local community.
Salary from €120,000 annually for the 40-hour, five-day arrangement.
