Select Ambition is recruiting a Supervising Pharmacist for a confidential community pharmacy in West Dublin. This position offers responsibility for the professional and operational management of the pharmacy while maintaining a consistently high standard of patient and customer care.

You will oversee the day-to-day running of the pharmacy, provide a professional and caring service, support the pharmacy team and build trusted relationships with customers and the local community. The role requires sound professional judgement, strong interpersonal skills and a practical approach to pharmacy operations.

The standard arrangement is 40 hours across five days, with salary starting at €120,000 per year. A four-day, 32‑hour option is also available from €96,000 annually on a 20% pro‑rata basis. The package is negotiable above the applicable minimum depending on experience and the agreed working arrangement.
