Job summary

Flutter UK & Ireland is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategy to help shape the UKI direction and drive cross‑functional strategic initiatives. Based in Dublin, Leeds, or London, you will partner with the Strategy & Growth Director, BI, and commercial leaders to translate insights into Board‑ready plans.

You’ll lead complex workstreams, develop sector expertise, and deliver high‑impact recommendations using primary research, data analysis, and financial models.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years strategy consulting experience at premier firms or equivalent.
• Track record of running sizable workstreams with complex collaboration.
• Experience using primary research and data sources to deliver recommendations.
• Strong presentation skills with high impact storytelling.
• Analytical and numeracy skills; proficient in Excel and financial models.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts with a bias to action.
• Ability to drive projects independently and engage senior stakeholders.
• Nice to have knowledge of UKI betting and gaming sector and ecosystem.
• Experience in analogous consumer industries such as entertainment or travel.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly develop expertise in key strategic topics affecting the UKI business.
• Drive delivery of strategic projects with senior owners for consensus and pace.
• Collaborate with Research, BI & Strategy teams to surface actionable insights.
• Co-create Board-ready strategy materials with Strategy & Growth Director and LT sponsors.
