Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience in senior commercial roles with P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record of growing revenue and profitability.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in digital/tech environments.
• Experience in B2B, marketplace or OTA/travel business desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; MBA/MSc is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth and trading performance through pricing, CRM, and marketing.
• Prioritise and manage workload of the Trading Squad.
• Coordinate data analysis and hypothesis testing to identify opportunities.
• Communicate performance, risks and wins to stakeholders.
• Define strategic roadmap and align resources to goals.
• Ensure focus on high-impact commercial opportunities.
