Primark is seeking a high-impact Technology Supplier Manager to shape strategic partnerships with leading technology providers. You will drive supplier performance, governance, and value creation across Technology, Procurement, Finance and Legal to align with business objectives.

You will lead governance activities, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for innovation and co-creation that enhance customer and colleague experiences.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in a complex technology environment with supplier management responsibility.
• Experience managing strategic technology suppliers and outsourced service providers.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiations, governance, and performance management.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute supplier strategies that support business goals, innovation, resilience, and long-term value creation.
• Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and key partners.
• Lead supplier governance activities including QBRs, performance reviews, scorecards, and executive stakeholder engagement.
• Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and enhanced customer/colleague experiences through partnerships.
• Support commercial activities including contract negotiations, renewals, risk management, and supplier capacity planning.
• Champion sustainability, supplier diversity, CSR initiatives, and compliance with security, regulatory, and ethical standards.
