Job summary

Dunnes Stores is seeking an IT Procurement Manager to join the Dunnes Procurement team. You will deliver specialist procurement advice, support and solutions to stakeholders across the company and lead complex IT tenders from sourcing to contract delivery.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders, including the CDO and CTO, to drive best practice procurement, cost reductions and supplier relationship management, while ensuring robust contracts and governance throughout the organisation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and influencing skills at senior levels.
• Strong relationship management with internal customers, stakeholders and suppliers.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
• CIPS qualification is beneficial but not essential.
• Bachelor’s degree and several years in procurement within a retail or IT context are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide procurement advice, support and solutions across the organisation.
• Lead complex IT tenders from sourcing to contract award.
• Develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with senior stakeholders and CDO/CTO.
• Drive cost reduction through process improvements and contract efficiencies.
• Collaborate with legal to ensure robust supplier contracts and governance.
