Job summary

The People Group in Dublin seeks an experienced Corporate Tax Senior Manager to lead a diverse portfolio of corporate clients, delivering high-quality tax advice and guiding advisory projects within a growing tax practice.

You will mentor the tax team, manage key client relationships, drive business development, and contribute to revenue growth. A strong corporate tax background and relevant professional qualifications are required.

Qualifications

• CTA/ACA/ACCA/CA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong corporate tax technical knowledge with experience interpreting tax legislation.
• Experience in a Corporate Tax Manager or Senior Manager role within a professional practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate tax clients across sectors.
• Provide corporate tax compliance and advisory services to SMEs to large corporates.
• Build and maintain client relationships with regular engagement and strategic advice.
• Lead tax advisory assignments and complex tax projects.
• Mentor, coach and develop team members and oversee performance.
• Assist with workflow planning and technical problem solving within the tax team.
• Identify opportunities to expand services and support growth.
• Contribute to revenue, profitability and client service objectives.
