Job summary

Engage People Recruitment partners with a highly regarded advisory firm in Ireland to appoint a Tax Director to join its growing team in Dublin. The role offers hybrid working and a broad mandate across tax advisory matters, with direct client engagement and a path to leadership.

The successful candidate will lead across the tax advisory offering, develop trusted client relationships, and contribute to the growth and direction of the business.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in tax advisory at director level or ready for promotion.
• Strong technical grounding across a broad range of tax matters.
• Ability to translate complex tax issues into practical, commercially relevant advice.
• Proactive, commercially minded leader with client focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a broad range of tax advisory engagements.
• Provide commercially focused tax advice tailored to client needs.
• Act as a trusted adviser and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Support business development and grow client relationships.
• Review complex tax matters and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop the wider advisory business.
