Job summary

The role partners with factory leadership, engineering, and global planning teams to drive end-to-end planning, analytics, and continuous improvement while delivering on-site, on-schedule supply readiness at Leixlip.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience leading supply planning or semiconductor supply chains.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated people management and leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead Ireland Supply Planning for advanced-node manufacturing and high-volume production.
• Develop and execute production, supply, inventory, and capacity plans aligned to demand and financial goals.
• Drive capacity planning, scenario analysis and constraint management to support growth and reliable delivery.
• Collaborate with factory leadership, engineering, and global planning teams to ensure successful execution of commitments.
