Job summary

• Significant years of experience in supply chain or analytical roles in FMCG or equivalent industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to maximise data to drive decisions.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel.
• Exceptional communication skills with internal and external partners.
• Self-driven, results-oriented with accountability.
• Ability to translate complex analytics to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure balanced supply across the EMEIA region.
• Strategise and execute inventory replenishment plans to maintain optimal stock.
• Lead production planning to align factory outputs with market demand.
• Analyse demand patterns and forecast trends using statistical tools.
• Coordinate supply movements across factories and regional hubs.
• Track and report KPIs to assess and improve supply chain performance.
• Build relationships with Sales, Finance, Global Teams, Logistics, etc.
• Communicate clearly with internal and external partners; implement improvements.
