Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Supply Planner to manage and optimize supply from forecast to plant output across 3PFG sites, ensuring on‑time delivery and inventory targets.

You will collaborate with Global Procurement, Demand Planning and manufacturing teams, lead ERP-based planning, and drive continuous improvements in supply chain performance. This role is based in Ireland, Leinster, and requires strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Supply Planning or related discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; APICS CSCP desirable.
• ERP / Planning Systems knowledge.
• Understanding of 3PFG plant manufacturing and service level impacts.
• Experience in Global Supply Chain Networks from plants to DCs.

Responsibilities

• Identify analytical problems related to demand and supply and develop scalable data-driven solutions.
• Manage demand and supply to minimize back orders and maintain target service levels.
• Lead S&OP cycles and drive supply reviews with plant contacts.
• Collaborate with Demand Planning and Customer Service to maximize revenues.
• Communicate supply plans and constraints to regional teams and manufacturing partners.
• Ensure proactive management of supply constraints across quality/regulatory/technical issues.
• Analyse global material flow from plants to distribution centers to optimize the chain.
• Maintain reliable supply dates in ERP and lead supplier meetings.
