Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations Supply Planner in Ireland. You will manage supply across external and internal sites, balance customer demand with efficiency, and lead risk mitigation across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with global teams, optimize plans using SAP and BI tools, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in global manufacturing or pharma.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain operations and planning processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Rapid Response) and data analysis tools.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage supply plans for materials across product portfolios.
• Coordinate with internal and external manufacturing sites to balance service and efficiency.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure PO accuracy for Drug Substance, Drug Product and Finished goods.
• Foster relationships with global/local supply chain teams and stakeholders to ensure continuity of supply.
• Use ERP and BI tools to propagate demand, adjust production plans, and report on KPIs.
• Participate in supply chain improvement projects and support new product introductions.
