Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a Supply Planning Lead based in Cork, Ireland. You will manage scenario planning, data flow, and capacity planning, driving end-to-end improvements across the supply network for Orthopedics products.

The role requires a minimum of six years’ experience in demand and supply planning, with strong analytical and modeling skills, and a track record in cross-functional collaboration. The position offers a competitive base salary and annual bonus programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; business, supply chain, engineering, or operations preferred.
• At least six years in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or related analytics roles.
• Strong scenario planning background and solid MS Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end supply chain improvements via value stream mapping and data analysis.
• Integrate new externally manufactured products into S&OP with contingency planning.
• Build and analyze complex statistical models to support master scheduling and capacity planning.
• Advise External Operations management on project status and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company health, safety and environmental practices.
