Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Projects to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate product supply activities, including launches from EMEA CMOs. The role emphasizes collaboration, data-driven decision making, and delivery excellence in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Understanding of pharmaceutical artwork management processes.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Regulatory operations in a cGMP environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and constraints.
• Full understanding of BMS Supply Chain, products and markets.
• Strong Leadership Skills and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and manage cross functional teams involved in the planning, project management, and execution of supply chain projects.
• Oversee and lead new product launches from EMEA CMOs; develop and maintain launch-related metrics and dashboards to ensure visibility and drive action.
• Partner with the Launch Excellence team to ensure alignment of product flows, master data, and forecasts.
• Support ExM Virtual Plant Teams with tech transfer projects, ensuring supplier capability to meet all requirements.
• Create detailed project work plans, identifying scope, key milestones, and deliverables, and update them as needed to meet evolving requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely task completion and successful delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams and effectively communicate project status updates.
