Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Projects to lead and coordinate product supply initiatives across the EMEA region. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage launches from CMOs, and support ExM initiatives to ensure on-time delivery and quality.

The role requires deep supply chain experience in pharma, strong leadership, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of supply chain experience in global manufacturing or similar environment
• Understanding of pharmaceutical artwork management processes
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and cGMP environment
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-functional teams for planning, project management, and execution of supply chain projects
• Lead new product launches from EMEA CMOs; maintain launch-related metrics/dashboard
• Partner with Launch Excellence to align product flows and forecasts
• Support ExM Virtual Plant Teams with tech transfer projects and supplier readiness
• Create and maintain detailed project work plans with milestones
• Oversee day-to-day operational aspects to ensure timely delivery
• Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate updates
