Bristol Myers Squibb in Ireland—Dublin area—seeks a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Projects to lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate launches from external manufacturers, and drive supply chain excellence across regulatory and cGMP requirements.

You will partner with Launch Excellence, manage tech transfers, and deliver detailed project plans while maintaining tight timelines and stakeholder communication across global teams. A strategic leader with deep industry knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Understanding of pharmaceutical artwork management processes.
• Understanding of Supply Chain and Regulatory operations in a cGMP environment.
• Understanding regulatory requirements and management of regulatory constraints.
• Full understanding of BMS Supply Chain, products and markets.
• Strong Leadership Skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Detailed knowledge of Contract Manufacturing Supply Chain Operations.
• Ability to prioritise, organise and manage multiple tasks to tight deadlines.
• APICS or related qualification.
• 5+ years Supply Chain experience in global manufacturing and supply environment.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry.
• Project Management qualification/experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and manage cross functional teams involved in the planning, project management, and execution of supply chain projects.
• Oversee and lead new product launches from EMEA CMOs; develop and maintain launch-related metrics and dashboards to ensure visibility and drive action.
• Partner with the Launch Excellence team to ensure alignment of product flows, master data, and forecasts.
• Support ExM Virtual Plant Teams with tech transfer projects, ensuring supplier capability to meet all requirements.
• Create detailed project work plans, identifying scope, key milestones, and deliverables, and update them as needed to meet evolving requirements.
• Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects to ensure timely task completion and successful delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with project teams and effectively communicate project status updates.

The Role

The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Projects lead manages and coordinates product supply activities, leads new product launches from EMEA CMOs, and supports supply chain related projects for External Manufacturing operations.
